Ingredients
- 10 ounces聽frozen green beans
- 4 teaspoons margarine
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon聽black pepper聽
Preparation
- Cook green beans in boiling water until tender. Drain.聽
- Chop onion and bell pepper.
- Place a skillet on medium heat, add margarine and saut茅 onion, red pepper, dill and parsley until soft.聽
- Add green beans to skillet and heat until beans are hot.聽
- Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
Helpful hints
- Substitute fresh green beans for frozen when in season.
