Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked bow-tie pasta
  • 1/4 cup聽celery
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons聽carrot
  • 2 tablespoons聽red onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Chop celery, and bell pepper. Shred carrots. Finely chop onion.
  2. Mix pasta, celery, red bell pepper, carrot and聽onion in a bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl,聽blend pepper, mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Pour dressing mixture over pasta and vegetables and mix until well coated.
  5. Chill and serve.

Helpful hints

  • Add fresh basil, tarragon or rosemary if desired.
